For dentistry and clinics, the patient card has a «Treatment plan» tab. There a doctor or administrator builds a plan from the service catalog: services, quantity, price and total. The finished plan goes to the patient as a PDF in WhatsApp from the deal chat, downloads as PDF and Excel, and prints.
Where to find the treatment plan
- In the deal card, the «Treatment plan» tab. It exists for the «Dentistry» and «Clinic» business types.
- The service catalog is in Settings → Service catalog. The catalog and plan header are changed by the owner or an employee with the «Settings» right.
Service catalog
The catalog is all clinic services with unit prices. The treatment plan is built from it. While the catalog is empty, the section shows the business type's sample services with sample prices:

You can build a plan from sample services right away. To set your own prices, press «Add to catalog»: the services move to your catalog and can be edited.
Upload your own price list with «Upload from Excel». Not sure how to prepare the file, press «Download Excel sample»: enter your services with sections, units and prices and upload it back. Services already in the catalog are not added again.
How to build a treatment plan
- Open the patient's deal and go to the «Treatment plan» tab.
- Press «New treatment plan». The patient is taken from the deal.
- Start typing a service in the search field: «filling», «cleaning», «consultation». Pick the service, it goes to its section.
- Adjust the quantity. You can change a price in the plan: it changes in this plan only, the catalog stays the same.
- If a service is not in the catalog, press «Own service» and type it in.
- At the bottom you can add notes, one per line.
The plan saves itself a second after each change. The plan total is shown on the right. The «Set as deal amount» button copies the plan total into the deal amount.
How to send the plan to the patient
- «Send to patient»: the plan is attached to the deal chat as a PDF, you just press «Send». The file goes to the patient in WhatsApp or whichever line they write from.
- PDF and Excel: download the plan file.
- «Print»: print the plan on the spot.
The document shows the clinic name, patient, doctor, date, services by section with price and amount, the total and a signature line. The title, clinic name, signature and default notes are set in Settings → Service catalog, in the «Treatment plan header and footer» block.
Check-up invitation
Dentistry has a ready-made robot in «Robots»: 180 days after the visit it invites the patient for a check-up. It comes turned off. Choose a line and an approved WhatsApp template and turn the robot on. More in the article on ready-made robots.
Repair estimate for car services
For the Car service business type, the deal card has an «Estimate» tab and Settings have a «Works catalog» section. The estimate is built the same way as a treatment plan, but each line has two prices per unit: labour and parts. The total is split into labour and parts, there are no overheads by default.
- A new estimate fills in the customer's car right away: model and plate number from the customer card fields.
- The catalog has sample jobs with prices: diagnostics, service, suspension, brakes, tyre fitting, electrics. Add them to the catalog and set your own prices, or upload your price list from Excel using the sample, which has separate «Labour price per unit» and «Parts price per unit» columns.
- The «Send to customer» button puts the «Repair estimate No. N» PDF into the deal chat, and the customer receives it in WhatsApp. The estimate can be downloaded as PDF and Excel or printed.
Frequently asked questions
Will the catalog change if I change a price in the plan?
No. A price in the plan changes in that plan only. To change the price for all new plans, edit it in Settings → Service catalog.
Can I add a service that is not in the catalog?
Yes, with «Own service». It goes into this plan only.
How many plans can one patient have?
As many as needed: each plan has its own number, and all of them are listed on the «Treatment plan» tab.
Why doesn't the treatment plan open in the demo account?
The treatment plan works in the CRM with your data. In the demo only the sample services in the catalog are shown.
