Connecting Facebook Messenger to WazzaBee
Every Messenger message sent to your Facebook page will arrive in your WazzaBee dashboard. Reply to customers from one window, together with WhatsApp and Telegram.
What you need to connect
- A Facebook page (a business page, not a personal profile)
- Admin rights on the page
- A WazzaBee account: sign up if you do not have one yet
Step 1: Open the "Channels" section
- Go to WazzaBee → Channels
- Click the "+ Add channel" button
- Choose "Messenger"
Step 2: Connect your Facebook page
- Click the "Connect Messenger" button
- A Facebook authorization window will open
- Log in to your Facebook account
- Choose the page whose messages you want to receive
- Grant WazzaBee access to the page's messages
- Click "Done"
Step 3: Check the connection
- Your page will appear in the list of channels
- The status is "Active" (a green dot)
- Ask someone to write to your Facebook page: the message will arrive in WazzaBee
What can go wrong
| Problem | Solution |

| I do not see my page | You must be an admin of the page. Check your rights in the Facebook page settings |
| Authorization error | Log out of Facebook, log back in and try connecting again |
| Messages do not arrive | Make sure messages are enabled on the page: Facebook → Your page → Settings → Messages |
