    Connecting OLX.kz

    🟢 Connecting OLX.kz to WazzaBee

    All messages from OLX.kz now arrive in WazzaBee: reply to customers straight from one window, without switching between listings and the app. There are no API keys to enter: you connect in 1 click through OAuth, just like with Facebook.

    What you need to connect

    • An active OLX.kz account with published listings: the same login and password you use on OLX
    • At least one active listing: so there is something to work with (with no listings, OLX will not show any chats)
    • A WazzaBee account: sign up if you do not have one yet

    Step 1: Open «Channels»

    1. Log in to WazzaBee → the «Channels» section
    2. Click the «+ Add channel» button
    3. In the list of messengers find the «OLX.kz» button with the green logo
    4. Click it

    Step 2: Authorization on OLX.kz

    1. You are redirected automatically to olx.kz in a new tab
    2. Log in to your OLX account (if you are not logged in yet): enter your phone number or email and your password
    3. A permission request screen opens with the heading «WazzaBee is requesting access»
    4. Read the list of requested permissions carefully:
      • Access to your listings
      • Access to chats with buyers
      • Sending replies to buyers on your behalf
    5. Click the «Allow» (or «Authorize») button

    Step 3: Back to WazzaBee

    1. OLX returns you to WazzaBee automatically
    2. A green notification appears at the top of the screen: «OLX.kz connected! Your OLX account is now linked to WazzaBee»
    3. A new channel «OLX Kazakhstan» appears in the channel list with the status «Active» (a green dot)

    Step 4: Checking that it works

    1. Go to the «Chats» section
    2. In the channel filter pick the «OLX» chip: you will see all current conversations about your listings
    3. Ask someone to message you on one of your OLX listings
    4. Within a few minutes the message shows up in WazzaBee
    5. Try replying straight from WazzaBee: the reply goes to the buyer in the OLX chat
    Important: messages from OLX are pulled in every few minutes (not instantly, the way WhatsApp works). That is how the OLX Partner API operates. If you need to reply fast, watch the notifications in WazzaBee: they arrive as soon as the data refreshes.

    What OLX does NOT support

    • Broadcasts: OLX does not allow bulk messaging (only replies about specific listings)
    • Meta templates (HSM): that is a WhatsApp tool; OLX has no templates of its own
    • Starting a conversation: only the buyer can write first (through a listing). From WazzaBee you can only reply to incoming messages
    • Voice messages: OLX supports text and images only

    What can go wrong

    «Could not get oauth_url»Reload the WazzaBee page and try again. If it keeps happening, write to support: there may be a temporary problem on the OLX side
    OLX did not open in a new tabYour browser may have blocked the pop-up. Allow pop-ups for wazzabee.com in your browser settings
    «Authorization error» on OLXCheck that you are logged in to the right OLX account. If you have several accounts, log out of the extra one and try again
    Chats are not loadingWait 5–10 minutes after connecting: the first sync takes some time. Then make sure you have active listings on OLX
    There is no «OLX» chip in the channel filterRefresh the page. The chip appears only after the first message from OLX arrives
    The reply was sent but the buyer did not get itCheck that the listing has not been deleted or blocked by OLX moderation: you cannot send messages on a deleted listing
    The channel switched to the «Error» statusThe OLX token has expired. Click the channel in the list → «Reconnect» → go through the authorization again
