📊 Chat reports
The «Reports» section in the side menu shows what is going on in your conversations: how many customers write, how fast they get a reply, which hours and days bring the most messages, and how many conversations each team member handles. The report covers all your channels at once or one at a time: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, OLX.
In short. Open «Reports», pick a period, and you see the whole picture in a minute. Nothing to set up: the section fills itself from your chats. Free on any plan.
Where to find it
- Log in to the dashboard.
- In the side menu click «Reports»: the second item after «Dashboard».
The section is available to the account owner. All numbers are calculated in the time zone from your profile settings: «today» for a customer in Bishkek is their today, not a day by Astana time.
Filters at the top
Channels
Buttons «All channels» / WhatsApp / Instagram / … show only the channel types you have connected and running. Disconnected channels and channels with an expired term don't get into the report.
Period
| Button | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Today | The current day since midnight |
| Yesterday | The previous day in full |
| 7 days / 30 days | The last 7 or 30 days, including today |
| This month | From the 1st until today |
| Last month | The previous calendar month in full |
| Custom range | An empty calendar opens: the first click sets the start, the second one the end |
The dates of the selected period are always shown next to the buttons, for example “Sep 1 to Sep 7, 2026”. You can see at a glance which days the numbers cover and whether they match the period you are looking at in another section. The Last month button always gives a full calendar month, from the 1st to the last day. If the dates you pick in the calendar match a ready-made period, its button lights up on its own.
Next to each number in the tiles there is a change versus the same period right before it: pick 30 days, and we compare with the previous 30 days. Green means better, red means worse. For reply time and unanswered requests «better» means the number went down.
Refresh and export
The arrows button recalculates the report. «Export to Excel» downloads a file with seven sheets: summary, by day, by hour, by channel, who started the conversation, message types, by weekday. Handy to send to a manager or to keep reports for several months.
Six tiles: the key numbers
| Tile | What it is |
|---|---|
| Messages in period | All messages: from customers and from you. Service notices from WazzaBee itself are not counted. |
| Conversations | How many different chats were active. One customer who wrote ten times is one conversation. |
| Reply time | How long a customer waits for the first reply. Details below. |
| Delivered | Share of your messages that reached the customer's phone. Usually they fail because of an invalid number or a block. |
| New contacts | People who wrote to you for the first time. |
| Unanswered | Customer requests nobody answered during the period. If this number grows, someone is falling behind. |
Every tile and every chart has a ? icon: hover or tap it and an explanation appears right in the dashboard.
How reply time is calculated
We take every customer request (a message after which they wait for an answer) and check how many minutes later the first reply from your side arrived. Out of all these values we show the median: half of customers got a reply faster than this, half slower.
Why the median and not the average: a single message answered in the morning after a night-time request would ruin the average for the whole month. The median ignores such outliers and shows how you usually reply.
Important: auto-replies and broadcasts don't count as replies. If an auto-reply answered the customer and an agent replied an hour later, the reply time is one hour.
Charts and tables
Daily load by hour
24 bars: how many messages fall on each hour on an average day, split by channel. Below the chart: peak (the busiest hour), average per hour and how much comes at night from midnight to 8 am. This chart shows when you need someone on duty and when you can safely go home.
By channel
A donut with shares: what part of the conversation goes through WhatsApp, Instagram and the other channels. Exact numbers below the donut.
Sent messages by type
Only for official WhatsApp: other channels don't have message types. Shows what exactly you sent:
- Regular replies: agent replies in conversations;
- Utility: order statuses, reminders, notifications;
- Marketing: broadcasts and promotions;
- Verification codes;
- From the phone: messages sent from the WhatsApp app on the phone, if it is connected alongside the dashboard.
If an Instagram or Telegram channel is selected, instead of numbers you'll see a note that this channel has no types. That's not an error.
Messages by day
Two lines on the chart: incoming from customers and outgoing from you. Below: total for the period, shares of incoming and outgoing, comparison with the previous period, the busiest day and the daily average.
Unique conversations by day
Bars by day split by channel, the dashed line is the average. Below the chart: the busiest and the quietest day with dates.
Who started the conversation
Three numbers: all conversations, those started by the customer (they wrote first) and those started by you. Below: a table of who exactly on your side started conversations and how fast they replied:
- agents and the owner: by name;
- phone: messages from the WhatsApp app on the phone;
- integration / CRM: messages from Bitrix24, amoCRM or via API;
- auto-replies and broadcasts.
Each reply time is coloured: green is faster than the overall median, red is slower. So you see whom to praise and whom to hurry up.
Load by weekday and hour
A 7 × 24 table: rows are weekdays, columns are hours. The darker the cell, the more messages in that hour on average. Hover a cell to see the exact number. The clearest way to see when your peak is and when it's quiet.
📈 Meta messaging limit
Meta limits how many different customers a business can message first within 24 hours on official WhatsApp. A new account starts at 250 customers a day, and the limit then grows: 2,000, 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited. The Meta messaging limit card shows where you are now and how many customers are left until the next level, without opening your Meta account.
The card appears if you have official WhatsApp connected. For each number it shows:
- Current limit: how many customers a day you can message first;
- Customers in the last 7 days: how many different people received a template from you, with a progress bar to the target;
- how many customers are left until the next level;
- how much of the limit was used in the last 24 hours.
How the limit grows
From 2,000 upwards, Meta raises the limit automatically if over the last 7 days you messaged first at least half of your limit and customers do not complain about your messages. For a 2,000 limit you need 1,000 different customers in 7 days, for 10,000 you need 5,000. Once the target is reached, the card turns green, and Meta raises the limit within 6 hours if your message quality is high.
From 250 to 2,000 the path is different: 2,000 different customers in 30 days or verifying your business in Meta. In that case the card counts customers over 30 days.
Who is counted
Different customers who received a template: a broadcast, a notification or a code. Regular replies in an open conversation are not counted. The 7-day and 24-hour windows run back from the current moment, so the card does not depend on the period selected in the filter.
Important: the Meta limit is shared by all numbers in one business account. If you have several numbers in one account, add up their figures.
Official WhatsApp spend
From 1 October 2026 the section will get a spend card: how much was charged from the balance in the period, on which message types, the daily average and how many days the current balance will last at this pace. The date is not random: new message prices take effect that day, and comparing old charges with new prices would be misleading.
The card shows totals, not a list of every message: the price depends on the type and the recipient's country, so two messages that look alike may cost differently. If you need a detailed statement, write to support and we'll prepare it.
FAQ
Why doesn't the sum by type match the number of outgoing messages?
Types are counted only for official WhatsApp, while the «Messages» tile covers all channels. Besides, undelivered messages (for example, to an invalid number) don't get into the types.
Numbers on the dashboard and in the report differ
On the dashboard «All conversations» is counted for all time, in the report, for the selected period. «Messages today» on the dashboard and «Today» in the report should match.
The report is empty
There were no messages in the selected period, or all channels are disconnected. Pick another period, or connect a channel in «Channels».
Can I pick a period longer than a month?
Yes, via «Custom range», any range up to today.
