🏅 The official integrator certificate
The certificate confirms that you work with WazzaBee officially. You can print it, hang it in your office, attach it to a proposal and put it on your website. And your customer can check that it is genuine at any moment: by QR code or by number.
Why you need it
Businesses are wary of contractors who promise to "connect WhatsApp". The certificate settles the question: the customer sees that you are not just some outside installer, but an integrator we know and vouch for.
| What it gives you | How it looks to the customer |
|---|---|
| Proof of status | An official document with a number and a seal, not a picture from the internet |
| A check in 5 seconds | Point the camera at the QR code and see that the certificate is real and valid |
| Trust in the deal | A strong argument in a proposal and at the negotiating table |
How to get one
We issue certificates to integrator partners. If you work under the partner program and want your own, message our support from your dashboard. We will check your account and issue a certificate in your company's name.
Every certificate has its own number in the format WZB-2026-0001, an issue date and a validity period.
Where to find it
Dashboard → the "Referrals" section → the "Overview" tab. If a certificate has been issued, an "Integrator certificate" card appears there.
In the card you can:
- Open and print: a page with your certificate opens. Then use the "Print or save as PDF" button: the browser will offer either printing on paper or saving a PDF file.
- Copy the link: the link to the verification page. That is the one to put on your website.
It is best printed on heavy paper: the layout is designed for A4.
How a customer verifies the certificate
In two ways:
- By QR code. There is a QR code at the bottom of the certificate: just point a phone camera at it.
- By number. Open wazzabee.com/verify and enter the number from the certificate.
On the verification page the customer will see:
| What is shown | Example |
|---|---|
| Status | The certificate is valid |
| Issued to | Your company name |
| Number | WZB-2026-0001 |
| Dates | Issued on July 27, 2026, valid until July 27, 2027 |
None of your personal data appears on that page: only the company name, the number and the dates.
How to place it on your website
The simplest option is to put up an image or a line saying "Official WazzaBee integrator" and make it a link to the verification page:
https://wazzabee.com/verify/YOUR-NUMBER
Then a visitor is one click away from making sure the status is real, not just a claim on a website.
Validity and renewal
A certificate is issued for a fixed period, usually a year. When it is about to expire, write to us and we will issue a new one. If it has already expired, the verification page will honestly show that to your customer, so it is better not to put it off.
There are also open-ended certificates: in that case the validity line says "unlimited".
When a certificate is revoked
We can revoke a certificate if the partnership has ended or the partner program rules have been broken. After a revocation, the verification page will show that the certificate is no longer valid, and old printouts will stop confirming anything.
Put simply: a certificate lives exactly as long as our cooperation does.
FAQ
Can the certificate be issued in my name rather than my company's?
Yes. Tell us exactly how it should read on the certificate, and that is how we will issue it.
I changed my company name. What should I do?
Message support, we will issue a new certificate with the new name and revoke the old one.
A customer says the QR code does not open.
Check that the camera reads the whole code: printed too small, a QR code can get blurry. There is always a backup route: the wazzabee.com/verify page and entering the number by hand.
Can I use the certificate in my advertising?
Yes, that is what it is for: your website, presentations, proposals, social media. The main thing is not to redesign the certificate or change the details on it.
