🤝 Partner program for integrators
The partner program is for those who want to earn serious money. You bring in customers, set the service up for them yourself and pay for their services from your partner account at a discount of up to 50%. The difference between the customer price and your price stays with you.
How a partner differs from a regular referral
| Regular referral | Integrator partner | |
|---|---|---|
| The customer pays themselves | 10% of the payment, 5% of WABA top-ups, calls, manager seats and CAPI | 10% of the payment, 5% of WABA top-ups, calls, manager seats and CAPI |
| You pay for the customer | ❌ | Discount on channels 25% → 40% → 50% (it grows!), on WABA 10% |
| Customer management | ❌ | ✅ You see every customer and can log in as them |
| Paying for customers | ❌ | ✅ At a discount from the partner account |
| Partner balance | ❌ | ✅ A separate account you can top up |
| Click analytics | ❌ | ✅ Full statistics by UTM |
Partner levels
The more active customers you have, the bigger your discount when you pay for their channels from your partner account:
| Level | Active customers | Your discount |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 (start) | 0+ | 25% |
| Level 2 | from 10 | 40% |
| Level 3 (maximum) | from 15 | 50% |
Example: You have 12 active customers → level 2 → 40% discount. You pay for a customer’s EMPIRE ($68) from your account 40% cheaper:$27 stays with you.
If the customer pays themselves by card or invoice, you take no part in the payment. Then you get the simple referral rate: 10% of payments for channels, CRM and the AI office, 5% of WABA top-ups, calls, manager seats and CAPI.
The referrals page has a progress bar that shows how many customers you still need to reach the next level.
How to become a partner
- Open the 🎁 Referrals section
- Click the “Activate partnership” button
- Done! Your personal bonus balance moves to the partner account automatically
After activation you get:
- Partner account: a separate balance (you can top it up)
- “Customers” tab: customer management
- Progress bar: your path to the next level
- Click analytics: statistics for your links
How to add a customer
- Open the “Customers” tab
- Click “+ Add customer”
- Fill in the fields:
| Field | What to enter | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Customer email | The customer’s work email | director@company.kz |
| Company name | The customer’s name or company | Acme LLP |
| Customer’s personal number | The customer’s own phone (not the channel number). Appears when verification is on | +7 701 234 56 78 |
| Customer consent | Checkbox: the customer agrees to receive notifications | ✅ |
- Click “Create customer”
- The system shows a password: save it! It is displayed only once
- Click “Download details”: a .txt file with the login and password will be saved
- Send the file to your customer
Important: The password is shown only once! Be sure to download the file or copy the password.
Confirming the customer’s number
If phone verification is switched on, when you add a customer you enter their personal number and confirm that they agree to receive notifications. This is what lets the customer get messages about channel status, balance and important events and keeps them from hitting the “confirm your number” screen at first login.
- Enter the customer’s personal number (their own phone, not the WhatsApp channel number being connected)
- Tick the consent checkbox: you confirm the customer is fine with notifications
- Click “Create and send code”
- The customer gets a code in WhatsApp: ask them to read it out to you
- Enter the code and click “Confirm number”. Done
The customer asks what the code is for? Explain it: “This is the code that confirms your number in WazzaBee, so you get notifications about your channels and balance. Just read out the digits from the WhatsApp message.”
Customer not available right now? You can click “Skip”: the account will be created without a confirmed number. But then the customer will see the number confirmation screen at first login. Better to confirm it straight away.
Customer statuses in the referral list
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| 🟡 Pending | The customer signed up through your link, but nobody has paid for a subscription yet |
| 🟢 Active | The customer paid for the subscription themselves: you earn 10% of their payments |
| 🔵 Paid by you | You paid for the customer’s plan from your partner account, at a discount |
| ⚪ Inactive | The customer’s subscription expired and was not renewed |
Why is there no commission for “Paid by you”? Because you already got your benefit as a discount at checkout: the plan cost you less by your partner percentage. Commission is earned when the customer pays with their own money.
The customer card: what it shows
Every customer appears as a card with these details:
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Name / Company | The customer’s name |
| Client ID | Unique number (you can copy it) |
| Status | 🟢 Active / 🟠 Subscription expired / ⚪ No channels |
| Signed up | When the customer registered |
| Subscription until | Subscription end date (or “-”) |
| Channels | How many messengers are connected |
| Activations | How many subscriptions have been paid for |
| Paid themselves | 🟢 Yes / ⚪ No: whether the customer paid on their own |
| “Log in” button | Log in to the customer’s account to manage it |

How to pay for a customer’s subscription
This is the main partner benefit: you pay at a discount!
- Log in as the customer (the “Log in” button)
- Go to “Activation”
- Click “Renew” on the channel you need (or “Add activation”)
- Choose the plan and the period
- Click “Continue”
On the confirmation screen you will see:
Subscription: EMPIRE for 12 months $640 Customer bonuses $0 Partner discount ⓘ $640 × 40% = −$256 Total due: $384
- If the customer has bonuses, you can switch on “Use customer bonuses” (they are spent first)
- Click “Pay”: the amount is debited from your partner account
- Done! The customer’s subscription is active ✅
The discount depends on your level: 25% at level 1, 40% at level 2, 50% at level 3.
If your partner account is short of funds: you will see a warning with a “Top up” button. Add money to the balance and come back to the payment.
Which customer services you can pay for from your account
When logged in as a customer, you can pay for any of their services from your partner account. The amount is charged with your discount already applied, and the difference stays with you. The customer’s card and account are not used in this mode.
| Service | Where to pay as the customer | Your discount |
|---|---|---|
| Channels | “Activation” → “Renew”, or the tariff window in the chat | By your level: 25%, 40% or 50%, or your personal rate |
| WhatsApp balance top-up | “Activation” → “Manage” → “Top up” | 10% |
| WazzaBee CRM | “Activation” → “WazzaBee CRM” card → “Pay” or “Renew” | 25% |

| WhatsApp calls | The calls payment window of the channel | 10% |
| Staff seats | “Team” → buy or renew a seat | 10% |
| CAPI | “Ads” → “Pay” or “Renew” | 10% |
| Honey for the AI office | CRM → “AI office” → “Honey and key” | No discount |
| CRM storage | CRM → “Settings” → storage | No discount |
- Log in as the customer (the “Log in” button on the “Customers” tab).
- Open the payment window of the service, as shown in the table above.
- Instead of choosing a payment method you will see the “Payment from your partner account” block with your discount.
- Choose the period and click “Pay from partner account”. The service is activated right away.
Your personal rate applies to channels. For CRM and the AI office the rate is 25% for all partners. If the customer pays for CRM or the AI office themselves, you get 10% of every payment on your partner account.
Not enough money on the partner account? The window shows how much is missing. Top up the account and pay again.
How to top up the partner balance
- On the “Referrals” page find the “Partner account” card
- Click “Top up balance”
- Enter an amount or pick one of the quick buttons: $2.23, $11, $22, $111
- Click “Pay”
- FreedomPay opens: pay by card
- The balance updates right after payment
About the payment gateway fee. The amount you enter is the amount that lands in your partner account. The gateway fee is added on top, so your card is charged slightly more.
Top-up amount $45 FreedomPay fee 3.626% $1.62 Total charged to the card: $46 Credited to the partner account: $45
You always see this breakdown in the top-up window before paying and confirm it with a checkbox.
Money left your card but the balance did not change? Refresh the page: funds are credited as soon as the payment is confirmed. If the balance is still the same, write to support with the amount and the time of the payment, we will check it and credit the money.
Topping up the partner account by invoice (bank transfer)
If you work as a legal entity and pay by bank transfer, you can create an invoice right in your dashboard.
- Make sure your company details are filled in: the “Activation” section → the “Billing details” tab (type: legal entity)
- Go to the “Customers” section → the “Invoices” tab
- Enter the top-up amount or pick a ready one from the buttons
- Click “Create invoice”: the PDF downloads automatically
- Pay the invoice from your company bank account
- Once the money arrives, an administrator confirms the payment and the amount is credited to your partner account
After that you use the balance as usual: paying for plans and WABA balance for your customers at a discount.
How much gets credited? Your balance receives exactly the amount you entered. The invoice also includes the payment gateway fee, so the final amount due is slightly higher: you see both figures before the invoice is created.
Where can I check the status? On the same “Invoices” tab: “Awaiting payment” means the invoice is created and the money has not arrived yet; “Paid” means the money is in and the balance is topped up. You can also download the PDF of any invoice again from there.
How long does crediting take? The money is credited once the payment is confirmed, usually the same business day. If you have paid and the balance has not changed, write to support and give the invoice number.
How to top up a customer’s WABA balance
- Log in as the customer
- Go to “Activation”
- On the WABA channel click “Manage”
- Open the “Top up” tab
- Enter the amount
- Choose “From the partner account”
- Click “Top up”: the amount is debited at a discount
Customer balance and subscription alerts: to you, not to the customer
When the WhatsApp balance on a customer's channel is almost used up or the channel subscription is about to end, the service sends a warning in WhatsApp. By default the customer gets it. If you manage the customer's channels, switch these alerts to yourself: the customer no longer receives them, and you top up the balance or renew the subscription from your partner account in time.
- Log in as the customer (the "Log in" button on the "Customers" tab)
- Open "Settings" → the "Notifications" tab
- In the "Notifications" card switch on "Send to my integrator, not to me"
You do this once for each customer. The alerts arrive on your confirmed WhatsApp number. The text includes the channel number and the customer's name, so it is clear who it is about.
Can't see the switch? It only appears for customers linked to you as their integrator: those who signed up through your link or were added by you on the "Customers" tab. If the customer signed up on their own, write to support and give their email.
Your number is not confirmed? Then the alerts keep going to the customer. Confirm your number in "Settings" → "Profile".
Click analytics
The referrals page gives you full analytics for your links:

| Conversions | How many clicks led to a sign-up |
| CR% | Conversion rate (conversions / clicks) |
For every click you see the date, the device, the country, the UTM source and whether it led to a sign-up.
