🎯 Meta lead forms and amoCRM: deal stages to your pixel
When your Facebook and Instagram ads lead to a lead form, the leads land in amoCRM. But Meta does not know which of these people became customers, so it looks for people who simply like filling in forms.
WazzaBee sends every deal stage to Meta: "Initial contact", "Negotiation", "Closed - won" and so on. Ads with the "Conversion leads" goal then learn from people who reached payment and bring more people like them.
You do not need a WhatsApp channel for this: only amoCRM and your pixel are involved.
✅ What you need first
- amoCRM connected to WazzaBee. See "Connecting amoCRM". The connection must be made by an amoCRM administrator.
- Lead form leads already arrive in amoCRM.
- Access to Events Manager in the Meta business portfolio that owns your pixel (dataset).
🔑 Step 1. Pixel ID and token
- Open Events Manager and select the dataset your ads use.
- Copy the dataset ID, shown under its name.
- Open Settings, find the Conversions API section and click "Generate access token".
- Copy the whole token. Meta shows it only once.
⚙️ Step 2. Setup in WazzaBee
- Open Connectors → amoCRM and go to the "Sales to Meta" tab.
- Find the "Meta lead forms: deal stages to your pixel" card.
- Paste the pixel ID and the token.
- Deal field with the Meta lead ID. If your lead form integration writes the lead ID (a 15–17 digit number) into the deal, select that field. Meta then finds the lead exactly, and only lead form deals are sent. If there is no such field, keep "No such field": we will match by the contact's phone and email.
- Pipelines. Select the pipeline that receives lead form leads. If none is selected, deals from all pipelines are sent.
- Click "Save". WazzaBee checks the token and subscribes to stage changes in amoCRM.
To send the sale amount to Meta, use the card above, "Sales to Meta from amoCRM": mark the stages that count as a sale and pick the budget currency. "Closed - won" is always sent with the deal budget.
🧪 Step 3. Testing
- In Events Manager open your dataset, the "Test events" tab, and copy the code.
- Paste it into the "Test event code" field and save.
- Move a test deal to another stage in amoCRM.
- An event named after the stage appears in "Test events", and in the WazzaBee card under "Recent events".
- Once it works, clear the code and save. While the code is set, events stay out of reports and ad learning.
📈 Step 4. Ads
In Ads Manager, in your lead form campaign, choose the "Conversion leads" goal and your dataset for the ad set. Meta will look for people similar to those who reached the stage you need.
Meta's requirements for this goal:
- at least 200 lead form leads per month;
- 1% to 40% of leads reach the stage you optimise for;
- the stage happens within 28 days of the lead;
- learning takes 2–4 weeks, and ads keep running as usual meanwhile.
💳 Price and payment
- 25,$2.01 per month, unlimited events.
- 7 days free from the first pixel save in the card.
- 10% off for 6 months, 20% off for a year.
Pay by card. Open the Ads section, the "CAPI: sales from your CRM to Meta" block, and click "Pay", choose the period and pay. The service renews right after payment.
Pay by invoice (companies). In the same block click "Pay by invoice", or open Activation → Invoices, create an invoice and add "Meta lead forms → amoCRM". The service renews once we receive the payment.
When the trial or the paid period ends, stages stop going to Meta and the card shows "Pay to continue". Sending resumes after payment.
💡 Good to know
- Each stage of a deal is sent once. If a deal is moved back and forward again, nothing is repeated.
- Only new moves are sent, after you save the settings. Old deals are not sent to Meta.
- Phone and email are sent to Meta hashed, as Meta requires.
- If an event was not sent, the reason is shown under "Recent events": for example, the deal has no lead ID or the contact has no phone.
- To stop sending, turn off "Send stages to Meta" or click "Disconnect": the token is deleted.
